Nigeria has become pretty infamous for pulling off that shit. With the telephones too.
At my job we were supposed to ship some smoked salmon and fish to Nigeria becuase the boss got a phone call but
she didn't bother to send it knowing that it was probably a scam.

Only most of the letters aren't from anywhere near Nigeria.
