I can hardly wait till mid-summer's eve celebration!

Today I'm at work, but when I get off, I'll celebrate by having a tankard of malt beverage, or maybe a gobblet of mead. 

Midsummer's eve will be special this year.  There will be a banquette table, musicians playing stringed instruments, Lanterns in the trees and dancing.  I am still looking for my May Queen though, to spend the evening with, walking through the gardens.  She is brunette, with blue eyes.  Rather tallish and will have a flowers woven in her hair.

i didn't even realise it WAS earth day.  but then i tend to be doing that sort of thing more or less every day.  i spent some time in the garden today, first time for ages.

I didn't know it was his, I copied it from Soph!   And someone else had it too.  I think they were making a statement, and I just happened to stumble upon their insubordinate act!  It's very typical for me to do something like that.!  I'm such and AS sometimes.

I helped my daughter ice and decorate cookies to take to school for her birthday.

She attends a small private school for autistic children and some of the kids at her school are on a gluten free and casein free diet, so we baked the GFCF sugar cookies the day before and the icing and sprinkles were all GFCF, so nobody would be left out.

Then she chose party themed disposable plates, cups, napkins and a huge singing mylar balloon from a store called Party America for her party at school.

But I used a reusable cloth bag.
