I hope you start taking better care of your body, Soph. You'd feel better. You know there IS an almost 1 on 1 correlation what someone drinks and eats or on the other hand, the lack of certain healthy/Ok foods in his/her diet in general and how someone feels physically and/or mentally.

Well, suit self of course but mentioned above for sure isn't bullshit.

lol I know what makes people first get cold sores, but other things are what set them off when they do happen

obviously I get the cold sores because of the virus, but WHEN I get them is based on other things, ie whether I have been eating healthily

Cold sores are caused by a herpes virus, but stress can give the virus a chance express itself when otherwise dormant.

I remain more or less concious and aware of what's going on during my seizures, but I feel drained of energy afterwards.

I was unconscious for mine except one where I was conscious for the start of it (which was kinda scary as that was before I knew I was having seizures) and then blacked out.

MLA - that is what I meant. I know they are caused by the virus, but it is other things that dictate  when and how often I get them
