Inconclusive.  It's probably too late to see a doctor since it happened Sunday night.  Don't laugh, but I hurt it trying to sit in the computer chair, the one I couldn't get into and had to do a hoppy thing to get into it?  Well, I hopped and the leg popped.

 Injuries do happen more readily with age.  I have pulled an abdominal muscle just by standing up the wrong way.  :-\

Normally what I do is get paralysed with inertia and do nothing for the rest of the day. Which probably isn't the best solution and just makes things worse, but yeah.
