I found out that people who the SSRIs shouldn't use the nasal spray I have. One would think a doctor would know this.

 Or a pharmacist. Damn. Reminds me of the time a friend of my sister's, fresh out of surgery, was on two meds that should not have been combined.
 It was my sister, with no medical background, who caught the error and called the hospital to give the doctor hell.

Some of the side effects I got could well have been because of the error, but the headache can happen, apparently.

 Did they explain what is meant by  "abnormal" ?  Did they recommend any meds?

Anxious. Left my laundry until last minute which means my packing is last minute too. You'd think I would learn by now

It means his spazzy mind fucked up the machine 

I'm presuming these are the epilepsy tests?

Yeah the epilepsy lol

They said abnormalities in the left temporal lobe or something, but saw nothing on my MRI scan abpart from an infection

And she said she'll leave off the meds for now, unless I have any more seizures, which I doubt will happen now as I haven't had any for months, that I am aware of

and fucking hell I have a piece of shit headaceh

Do you have any meds you can take against the headache?

took some ....uh

can't remember what but it was some kind of over-the-counter headache tablet

we have co-codamol as well. I think I might take some of that too

I tried to sleep it off before but that didn't work

Does watching a screen make it worse?

I'm not actually sure. I spend so much time on the computer (mostly here lol) that I just don't know
Sleeping most of the day without being on the computer much didn't help in any way though

I think my headaches mostly come from a combination of bad diet, not drinking enough and stressing about things (exams, dissertation and hospital stay coming up, argh)

What about simple things such as glasses?

My mum was telling me to wear my glasses before, because of my headache lol

I do actually where them all the time though really, even in the shower. I just take them off when I go to sleep or lie down.

I really think worrying is my biggest cause
