Woke up with a bad chest pain and the heart was racing like mad. Funny thing is that my doctor considers my heart to be healthy when the average BPM is around 110-120. Now I'm fine.

My brother suffers from this aswell, along with my mother. The joys of genetics.

Have you had it checked recently?

I have before, but I'm going to a specialist if it doesn't improve. I've lost weight and even had to cut down on meds but it makes no difference. While running etc. it's even higher, around 130-150BPM. My brother's heartrate is even higher, around 170BPM when excercising.

I'm not too worried now, but I do realise it means I'll be VERY suspectable to heart attacks if I'm not careful.

Feeling much better now that all the dishes are in the dishwasher. Seriously. It's not that hard to put dishes in. Yet I always procrastinate. Now on to the fridge. I fear there's a science experiment or two in the back.

I kiss the cats I work with all the time. They should be smothered with love, imo. Especially, Jet. The black kitten. He *loves* to be smooched. He's still such a baby. Love him to bits.

Not as much as Flo did though - Lily was scared of Flo once she finally started coming doiwnstairs (although that was only once she started getting ill for some reason, the last few months )

all cats are beautiful yes. got a pic of me and Flo's lookalike, the other calico today. will post it later. she's beautioul. she runs up to me as soon as she sees me and comes inside for some dreamies

Nostalgic.  I miss living close to nature.  In Poland, our house was in the countryside.  I remember my mum taking me and my middle sister mushroom and berry picking in the forest near by.  I miss that.
