Pretty good. It's been a good day. :)

Tired after the election.  Will soon go to bed after I finish reading today's interesting posts.

That's a nice combination of feelings. It sounds like a feeling of mastery!

Ick. Been there done that

Feeling frustrated. Still waiting on an answer from the other side for 2 weeks now and no updates from my lawyer.

UGH, every day you have to wait is a day too long.

Is there a kind of ultimatum?

He's been given it. We were both told either mediate the final number or I have to take a court action out on him. I chose to mediate and that was over 2 weeks ago. He has yet to respond back. My Dad says it's because he's backed himself into a corner and can't figure  a way out. If we mediate, he has to come up from his final number that he refuses to move from. If we go to court, he has to come up from his final number. Either way it works in my favour and I'm sure he's trying to find a way out of that.
