Coughing less but cold with joint aches.

Pretty shitty! I think I said some things yesterday that were taken in a bad way and that makes me feel bad. I couldn't articulate my point very well in one instance and in some others I used my humor, sometimes rather crass at that, to lighten up the situations rather unsuccessfully. Must delete as much as possible!

The joint aches mean I run a fever. Happens almost every time.

A fever is a good thing though. Means your body is fighting off the germs  Sorry you feel so crappy though.

*goes into Mum mode* I vote no. Not if you're running a fever and have shivers today. Give yourself another down day. Usually one needs to be fever free for 24 hours before the body is well enough to go back.
