I got my arse out of bed and went downstairs and asked my mum. will definitely be going out today then :arrr:

cbc - just feeling kinda shitty lately, nothing terrible. possibly from changing my meds

also my mum says she's gonna threaten with the newspapers if the health people here refuse to fund my going to hospital lol

and you don't wanna mess with my mum  :laugh:

Glad you're going out today. I find that when I get stuck in a routine where I'm inside a lot, getting out feels good, and then coming home feels even better. Then you don't feel guilty hanging out in bed because you were out and did something. :)

yeh you're right. I get to listen to my ipod on the car as well and I'll buy some donuts. thn the Apprentice is on tonight and other crap tv i like to watch

Sorry that you are sad.  I miss my mother at times also and she died in 2002.  I think missing people says two things:  they were a good person and we are good people for recognizing they mean something to us even after they're gone.
