Just woke up from a 2 hour nap I didn't intend to take.

Do you feel refreshed though?  :orly:

Nope.  I feel like I'm swimming through Jello and making the amount of progress you'd expect.  In about 30 minutes I should be awake enough though.

Slightly discombobulated. It's time to get back to work!  :zoinks:

I feel that way when returning to work after time off. A change in routine, perhaps...  :chin:

I think it may be lack of routine for me. The only thing I'm supposed to be doing is resting and taking my meds and it's about to drive me batshit crazy. :GA: I went to the grocery store on Saturday and I had a crash. Body just isn't ready for the day to day stuff. Doc says another 2 months before I'm back to regular energy level.

Take care of yourself, then.

Did the doctor recommend any particular foods or supplements to help you recover?   :nerd!:

I make a shitty patient because I find it hard to stay put. Plus I've got kids to take care of it. But if I get up and do too much, my cat follows me around crying and headbutts me until I go back to the couch and then she sits on me as if to keep me in one spot.

No, he just said lots of fluids and he's changing my meds. I was on 6 different kids, now I'm on 3. But when the prednisone ends tomorrow he said to expect to get worse, then I have 3 more to start for a week and then 2 weeks after that I have 4 to start taking for another 2 months. I had to program everything into my phone so an alarm goes off telling me what to take and when.  :facepalm2:
