Maybe the fracture has little knitting needles and is knitting the bone together?More likely it's the nerves acting up from being mashed or the pressure of the finger being swollen.I like the knitting needles idea, so cute! It's just interesting because for the first couple of days I wasn't feeling anything like this. I'm just fascinated! After I broke my finger it was over a year before I could make the carpal joints into a square again.

I was playing volleyball at a family get together and jammed the tip on the ball the wrong way. For two weeks I thought it was just sprained but then I shot my friends Thompson Contender chambered in 445 Supermagnum cartridge and that hurt so bad I went to the Doctor. Putting it in a splint and taking 600 mg Ibuprofren and not messing with it for three or four weeks was about it for treatment.
