... but the tricky part is ... do you have food left?
If so, then maybe you have begun a "Cat Diet," considering that you do not have much food in the house.
They always leave some for later ... ya know.
The most successful wweight losing diet I ever tried was (my own idea) what I called the Cat Diet, but I never saved anything for later. I just set my plate as usual, ate my favorites and then pushed away the last third of my plate, religiously.
It worked. I just simply forced myself to eat about one third less than what I thought I wanted when I set my plate. I lost quite a bit of weight with just eating one third less.
I do have some for later, and will buy even more tomorrow! Having little food in the house makes me cranky.
I suppose what i have been following so far is more of a "Dog Diet"---"Wolf it all down now, last chance, because tomorrow you have to start losing weight!"
AH! You know canines do that just to make transporting large amounts of food back to the rest of the pack, much easier to carry.
So, if you have a friend come over and lick your face you will upchuck about half for him to eat, right? I guess that makes about as much or maybe even more sense, if the math works, as a Cat Diet.
