My personal theory is that the to do list will wait patiently for you. Best to tackle it when you're feeling. Although I suppose I'm not most wives. I've been told that. ;)

Ibuprofen sometimes helps but I have a feeling it's more about luck. :-\

Mine are usually ocular migraines. The headaches and the nausea I have now are more unusual but lately I've had them, too.

trying to recover from forgeting to take my meds last night - only way to describe it is like pins and needles in the brain...
also much pain in back from fibro.
