I feel really bad after having been traveling. People makes me feel bad. I need to get back to my comfort zone fast.

After I've been around people I always need a rest. I'm not as bad as I used to be though. I used to get really bad headaches from trying to "socialise" with people. Now I just find it exhausting.

I still get headaches. I got it even back when I was trying to be super social.

I find it easier when my social anxiety isn't as bad, and when I have no pressure to talk to people. My first week back at uni starts on Monday, so I might get a slight headache from that, but the rest of the year I'll probably just come home tired. I don't try hanging out with people there anymore, so it's not as stressful
