I feel a little hungry. I haven't really eaten much this week as it's been so hot. I can't bring myself to eat a prope cooked meal. Maybe I'll get a cool shower in a bit and have a sandwich for my breakfast.

Pretty Good. There are 4 job calls at my Hall Monday. This is probably my next job, I haven't gone to the Hall for a couple of weeks but no calls have gotten to my number except short calls. This call starts at 50 hours a week so 4 to 6 months on it and my next trip is paid for.

There is a Butamer plant and a Scrubber starting right now in the Valero Refinery in Benicia. I will likely be running conduit, setting cable tray or pulling wire. I try to avoid Heat Stress, the OT is great but I don't like working with Refractory Ceramic Fibers since they tend to get caramelized and float around in annoying fashion on the tearout phase.
