My psychiatrist asked me to keep a diary of my mood each day, using a 1-10 scale where 1 is suicidal and 10 is ecstatic.  I'm giving today a 3.5.

He's an NHS psychiatrist and I don't pay a penny, so quality service isn't really to be expected.

very sad and shocked: a man i met on saturday on the training day, who was helpful, funny and great to talk to, (so good, i gave him my email address) died last night, unexpectedly.  even though it was such a brief acquaintance, i'm still really upset.  :'(
