A little jittery, nicely focussed and alert.  I took 3 times my usual dose of meds today, since I hadn't bothered with them for the past couple of days and had extra as a result.  It's still not a very big dose, and not anywhere near to being dangerous, but it's nice to have a little extra sharpness for a while.

i'm knackered - spent most of today writing a scheme of work for the new job i have - Writer in Residence for an arts festival, working with young writers.  sounds dead posh, doesn't it?  and that means i must be a real writer!  :woohoo:
