Paracetamol and ibuprofen have done nothing for my shoulder, and it's hurting even more now.

Did you hurt it lifting something heavy?

Do you think a hot bath might help more, or maybe some ice?

Sometimes I get a muscle spasm in my right shoulder, where a muscle keeps contracting for several hours and damages itself.  I got one of those spasms 4 days ago and my shoulder has been moderately sore while it's been healing, but this evening I did some light physical work in the garden and my shoulder hurt like a bugger by the end of it.  The ibuprofen seems to have kicked in now, and it hurts a lot less than it did earlier.

Soaking in a bath with epsom salts is a natural reliever too. Would be beneficial.

When did you last have an eye exam? Might your glasses need to be replaced?

hadn't thought of that actually. was quite a while ago as I did'nt get them tested when I dropped my glasses on the bathroom floor. Could be that. but why would it happen so suddenly this week?

It's lessened a bit more now though, hopefully will be gone in the mornng. then start again probably haha
