Sour throat and a bit upset from receiving a letter from my father whom I haven't heard from in about 8-9 years and hoped that I wouldn't ever again.

I think I'll rather write a letter telling him to leave me alone.

After all, it was like 10 years ago I sent one of those...and he's over 70 now, so I can't blame him for not remembering  :-\

Like always, it will get better once I start taking the OTC meds faithfully and get some decent sleep hours in.  Plan to be in bed early tonight since I only had 3 hours sleep and a 1 hour nap.
