Scared.

I am up against a promotion at work, but I am not convinced that more money will come from this.

I have told my Sup and my manager that I will not have this meeting without my "General Manager" attending (he knows and respects me and he is capable of making wage decisions in an instant).

My theme will be, "What is my carrot?" "I need to see something tangible to work toward.  A day off on a week end is not tangible. I need something like money, before I make a decision to take on any more responsibility than I already have."

Sad and a little anxious. It's my grandma's funeral tomorrow and I've never been to one before. I usually avoid family occassions like the plague but I can't seem to get of this one. :(

Sorry for your loss.  My grandma died in June 2008. Tough it out, life is full of hard choices.

Mischeivious. I found a new tenant for my room at uni, and they're awful. My flatmates have been told they're wonderful and fine, can't wait to see their reactions. :evillaugh:
