Incredibly rested.
I managed the most solid four hours of sleep last night that I have had in some weeks. Not sure how, but last night, I timed my exercise, wind-down, reading, coffee, and music routines perfectly to comply with my work schedule.
Fortunately/UNfortunately, I'm off today.
If only I could do this on a consistent basis, steady work would be much easier.
Work on that fucking thirty-something hour body clock, maybe? Be fucked if I know how.
