I feel a bit trembly and weak...I'm not officially hypoglycemic, but when I eat sugar and guzzle and eat too little real food, I think my blood sugar drops. I'm eating right now!
Go for food that takes longer to process in your body, like wholemeal bread with a slice of cheese, instead of white bread and marmelade. Your blood sugar levels will be more evenly spread then. Will take some time to adjust. But, it's worth it.
For the occasional tremble, a sip of grape-juice can help out.
