much better than i did yesterday - yesterday was my "being ill day".

i reckon it's to do with my immune system, and it's fought off the cold brilliantly, so naturally, the eczema is back.

i can't fucking win.

other than that, feeling a bit sad, or down or something.  (i'm really crap at knowing how i feel).

Mine is alcohol induced, I doubt I would get any MD to prescribe anything for my anxiety and stress.   ::)
