It seems the spots are something I'll have to get used to--they may go away but there's a good chance some of them will stay.

I have a couple stationary ones but I can only see them when I am tired and have to concentrate on focusing.  I thought I was going blind when I first saw them ten years ago.  The eye doctor even took photos of them as one is a weird shape he had never seen before I even signed a release for him to put it on his website

I've not heard of many people having the stationary ones. Glad it's not just me, but I obsess over this way too much.
