How many Rolf Harris victims does it take to change a light bulb? 50. Three to do it now and then 47 to do it thirty years later when it is more profitable.

Not really sure why.I've bypassed the first six or so rounds of colds in my house and almost everyone at work is either sick, been sick or infectious.I know it is just a matter of time until I succumb and the longer I defend, the stronger and more severe the impending viral infection will become.I've had a stomach virus, last spring, but it has been almost a year since I had a cold or flu which affected my respiratory system.I have been fighting colds that the kids on the bus got, including my daughter, but so far I have been OK.I use Zicam swabs right away if I start feeling like I am fighting a cold, so I wonder if they are doing it or if I'm just lucky to have experienced similar cold bugs before.I wish I could bottle my secret for you, because I am never sick. First thing, a basic modification of lifestyle habits can help. I am not accusing you of anything, just stating facts, you can pick which ones apply. People who regular exercise have 3 times less the duration of colds or was it frequency? Zinc is problem with autism, but I am not sure how such a thing would generalize to a higher functioning person. Zinc is envolved in many enzymes, and boost the immune system. Zinc is part of super oxidie dismutase an antioxidant enzyme, but excess zinc can make radicals. Too many antioxidants can weaken immune system, because it uses radicals to attack viruses. Viruses thrive in cold environment, unlike bacteria. Copper is elevated in autism, but I don't know that would apply to you. I would take a regular probiotic, to stimulate the immune system, preferably an encentric coated, as its not released in the stomach. Vitamin c at a dose of 1000mg or higher acts as an antihistamine. The best sources of zinc are grains and meat, meat having higher bioavailability. Plant sources of zinc tend to be poor, with antinutrients. I lived a sheltered life, but my brother didn't. He brought friends in the house that exposed me to all kinds of things. They were also more sick than I. I will get a cold sore from inappropiate dietary habits, frequently. The herpes viruses never goes away, it remands dormant. With what I observed, I find its a good idea for people in general to take a multivitamin mineral. The farmer's practices aren't so good. A species of broccoli, marathon, actually has less nutrients than organic foods. The pesticides they spray can lower food's nutrients, and up others, mostly lower. Some don't crop rotate, so the vegetables end up growing in nutrient deprived soil. So even when you try, you can have your best effors hurt by other people. Foods today, nonorganic, are bigger, more carbohydrate dense, more water dense, and this dilluted so the nutritional value isn't the same as wild food. Probiotics are part plants, it helps them absorb their food, yet pesticides sprayed kill them off. Don't be too clean, that can leave the immune system weak from lack of exercise. Try not use antibacterial, antvirual products if possible. I don't use antibacterial soap myself, it his however sitting on my sink. I just bough a new kind, because I don't like the fact that these antibacterial products hurt the good guys I took. I keep up all the work I do with visual imagery, tends to straighten brain chemistry out so I can do lots of impressive things. It tends to solve all my problems to. I can raise white blood cell count 40% in healthy people, but I never did that when I was younger. I was a really lazy jack, not like I am now. I try to eat most of my food groups at every meal, and take a one a day 50 + because it lacks iron and has 120mg of ginko extract.

She plopped down on my bed and told me to go ahead and open it for her.14:11 - Peter5930: So, she thought I was your lover and that I was sending you a box full of sex toys, and that you wanted to move to Glasgow to be with me?

You'll never self-actualize the subconscious canopy of stardust with that attitude.
