OCD causes some of it. Stresses me up, if nothing else does, but I can worry about lots of things so it doesn't have to be just the OCD.

OCD affects mine too, but more indirectly - I end up drinking less so I don't need to go to the toilet, so then I get headaches from dehydration  :wanker:

Mine seems to have almost completely gone now though  :green:

Had another lie down and something to eat, which helped

So much better. Tucked away in a quiet hotel room and my parents and sister are still hours away so I have the room to myself for awhile. Needed the break from home.

Sleeping most of the day without being on the computer much didn't help in any way though

I think my headaches mostly come from a combination of bad diet, not drinking enough and stressing about things (exams, dissertation and hospital stay coming up, argh)



Having an erratic sleep schedule will also cause headaches, but I'm not sure if they would be as intense or long-lasting as yours.
