If you were in a relationship, what would you like or do you think it would look/work like?
And as always, these are simply my worthless opinions.
Reverence is fine, Sanctity is silly.
We're all fucked, it helps to remember that.

think we should all establish a time (within the next week or so), and have a drunken chat conversation, with several members of I² participating.

shots every ten minutes and a cold beer always in hand (or wine).

we can name a designated log saver, who will post the declining results of the entire session.  that way, the next day, we can all use the blushing emoticon, frequently.

and, we should remember that this is Intensity².  so no holds barred.

also, clothing is optional.

who would be interested in this?

perhaps next sunday between 10pm and midnight british time.

that means i would be drinking by about two in the afternoon.

next sunday sept 18.  would you be interested?
Misunderstood.

Hard to say, when I don't have the desire for a relationship. But a few factors that would be important:

- spectrum-friendly. Don't care if the partner's spectrum, but it must be accepted if I act weird.
- alone time and privacy critical. No emotional manipulation, no "if you really loved me, you'd talk to me" bullshit.
- intense periods of contact followed by total or near-total withdrawal. The partner might not even live in the same city so long as we flew to see each other once a month or so, or for a few weeks every few months.
- room for forward motion critical. I must be learning something or improving something, or the partner and I must be working towards a common goal. "Comfortable" would be the death of my caring about the partner.
- dealbreakers: depression/laziness/apathy. Everyone's human but I would be totally turned off by those as a recurring personality trait

Perks (not all necessary, but the more the better)
- imagination
- intelligence
- androgyny
- love of pushing limits
- charisma
- weirdness
- introspection/spirituality

I don't drink to the point of losing control. If I were around, I might drop in and watch the hilarity. But no promises.

Yes. I'm wary of the "real problems" forum and the fact that no one's kamikazi-bombed it yet. But we've been getting some new people, and that at least is good.

What are your feelings on drama?  Just internet/forum drama in general, no person in specific.

 If only you'd been around half a year ago, I was up to my ears in forum drama and so was everyone else on here. Personally I find it fascinating. It's a place to try out political theories where I'm in my element, since I'm so much better with written communication than spoken. But the patterns figured out in online drama also apply to real-world drama. I do care what people say online, since I don't see online as that different of a place from real life. It's a fun challenge, because the worse kinds of forum drama spill onto the phone lines and even real-world meetups. Hacking and backstabbing and cliques galore. I figure it's good for practicing leadership skills, since I don't want to spend quite my whole life shut up in a room with my aspie perseverations, I want to live too.
