I live in an apartment for the next 15 hours, and then I'll be living in a small house, rooming with a friend and one other person.

Probably garam masala, but I like lots of different spices.

Tough one. I love "real" winters, with lots of snow. But I also like fall when the trees are changing color, and snowmelt when you can smell the thaw in the air.

What is that spice?

It's a combination of spices often used in Indian cooking. It contains.... coriander, black pepper, cumin, cardamom, and cinnamon. At least mine does. I'm not sure how much it differs from one mix to another.
