I'm open to whichever of them people think I'm most needed for. The thing is, I'd do the same kind of work regardless of what the official title was. If it said mediator, I'd mediate. If it said administrator, I'd attempt to resolve real conflicts before they got as far as needing mediation. Note the real ones - I'd keep out of stuff that looked like drama people were enjoying. As administrator I wouldn't mind doing small maintenance things, not that this site really needs much maintenance since we don't pull all the bullshit with locking threads and moving them around. Either way, I'd probably tweak the graphics some more.

But if I must pick one or the other, I'd go for mediator.
