are you still friends with ghosthunter?  Why isn't he interested in this place, I thought he was trying to find an uncensored environment for himself?

Yeah, Ghosthunter and I still talk often on IM. I told him about this place but I did it true to form and explained that there wasn't any safety to be had here - that he wouldn't have to hold back at all but nor would anyone else. So he decided he wasn't psychologically healthy enough to come here.

Okay, first, what was the discussion about? The fact that you talked to her doesn't tell me much. And second, imagine HG ripping into him the way she rips into fluorescent. It wouldn't be pretty, because he'd believe it and take it to heart. He's been on-and-off suicidal, and even though he's doing better at the moment, I'm not sure he could quite handle this place.

My "contributions" have been only in the "safe" threads.  I know when I'm out-matched....

GH told me he didn't think he was ready for this place.  I agree.  As Pyraxis said, he already thinks he's dog-meat and would beleive anyone who told him anything negative.

I do fancy cake decoration (bet you wouldn't have guessed that about me)... so for various people's birthdays I've made castles that actually stand up, a rainbow where every section is a different color inside, a cake shaped like an upside down bowl with a doll stuck in the middle so the cake is the skirt, etc.

I love the challenge. I love trying to build bridges between people who would otherwise be at each others' throats. I love seeing how calm I can stay during a crisis and figuring out how the situation can be changed in order to maximise the benefit for as many people as possible. I love finding the good in the seemingly bad. I'm into psychological alchemy and rational self-interest.

I figure, why not take the supposed flaws I've got and use them in a way that will help. I get called a humorless ice bitch - so I'm trying to position myself in situations where emotionless objectivity is needed. I often reflect other people instead of being honest and upfront - but a side perk of that is that it puts me in tune with other people's seemingly contradictory points of view. My mirror neurons got thrown in a blender - so I can use reason to compensate and sometimes to see things that mirror neurons wouldn't.
