yes and no.   :-\
they don't take bitchy cheap shots at me.

Really? You must know some damn good men. Can I meet them?
Never had a bitchy male friend.  They're all straight, don't know whether that has anything to do with it or not.

Sure, you can meet them.  Come on over to Jawja anytime.   ;)  Don't recommend you pose for them in your bra, though.
hats off to the man on top of the world
come crawl up here baby, and we can watch this damn thing turn

I don't know any guys who take cheap shots really.   We do make fun of each other, but it is all fun and nothing personal.  Mostly nonsensical or generic insults (one friend is like that).  Most friends of mine are really nice and rarely make fun at all.   They aren't totally serious, but more geeky types as they play RPGs and other video games.   I just have one friend with a bad temper, the rest are pretty relaxed and low key in personality.
:P   Internets are super serious.

Do any other girls/ladies here wish they had more female friends?

sorta yes, sorta no- I don't feel a lack, but it's nice to make more/new friends in general.

Most of my friends used to be male at one point- that's no longer the case.  Prolly in part because I'm in a cohort group of students that's mostly female (there's only one guy).  I think I might actually have only one male friend left that I'm really in regular contact with who's my friend- I suppose I could half-count my friend's husband or the husband's best male friend, though if I'm hanging out around them, it's to see someone else, not them, if that makes sense.

Did they go for the full snip?

Most all of my friends are male as well.  I don't tend to get along with many females.

No; graduated.  (In some cases, "unfortunately" would likely do well as an ending to the previous sentence.)  The guy who I'm still friends with graudated as well but he's around campus a lot and lives quite close anyway, though I seem to hardly ever see him.  (He's one of those people who will say "Let's hang out!" and prolly mean it at the time, but it ends up not happening, lol- the last time I hung out with him was because I randomly saw him walking around and we both had an hour or so to kill.)
