Just melatonin at night.

I have Xanax in case I get a bad panic attack but 8 pills will last me over 6 months.

A friend of mine used to take melatonin to help her sleep, and she said it gave her
trippy dreams!  Does it do that for you too?  I'm curious about it lately.  :apondering:

Possibly unrelated, but Seroquel gives me trippy trippy dreams...

I love trippy dreams!  I sometimes have them on my own anyway.   :dream:

Trippy dreams are awesome!

Like;

Dream: 1940s LA in the future on a Bayou with pregnant zombies and 2 Batmans (one of them half naked and zombified)

Wow, mine are not like that!  But I did dream last night that my sister and I were sitting
at a table chatting with our maternal grandfather (whom we never got to meet), and ALL
of us were teenagers.  Weird.  I know I need to investigate this grandfather's heritage.
It's been almost 5 years since a cousin told us we may have Native American ancestry
via this grandfather's mother, and indeed in some photos he did look possibly Native. :apondering:

Yes, I love dreams in which people and places morph into other people and places!  :orly:

Once every 3 months: Depo-Provera injection.

Why?

Why?
So I don't get my periods mainly, as I don't cope well with the monthly cycle. Plus I used to get ovarian cysts and the injection stops that from happening too.

Ah.  My first wife used to get those done, but they made her extremely moody

I was moody without the injections. I have also tried oestrogen patches but they took my moodiness to an extreme level. I was really glad to come off those.
