I don't see why he could even claim to be remotely justified in shooting the woman and her son.  Surely if she was sitting in her car in a mall parking lot, she was no threat to him.

I also don't see why they are allowed to forcibly draw blood from the woman to check for alcohol and drugs, but not from the policeman who shot her.

Apparently driving on a suspended licence gives probable cause for a blood test, but shooting a woman and her child does not.
