No! DON'T rip off the scabs. You get hydrogen peroxide over the counter. It's in the first-aid section of the drugstore, where the alcohol, band-aids, etc. are (at least that's where it is here in the US). Just pour a little peroxide over the cuts twice a day. You'll see the cuts fizzing - that means that the peroxide is cleaning them out. It won't really burn or anything - shouldn't hurt. Then just pat them dry and put antibiotic ointment on them. You should probably put a band-aid on them, too.
and Parts is right - look out for any red stripes radiating from the cuts. That means the infection is life-threatening. That shouldn't happen, but keep an eye out for that just in case.
