It is more hot and humid here in Florida.   Smells linger the same to me no matter the weather.   People are more likely to sweat in the heat.   I have looked for scientific backing for your claim that smells linger more in hot and humid weather.   I can find no such thing.

Don't ever go to Mexico then... The Yucatan Peninsula is so hot and humid... it is fucking crazy.   I thought I knew humidity until I went on vacation in Cancun during the summer.

When I went to Florida, it was colder inside than outside.

That was so weird.

I lived in Savannah for a few years and never noticed a bad smell, though my sense of smell is usually crap. It's pretty if you're like me and like dingy back alleys, decaying brickwork, and abandoned factories.

Those are the ugly parts of the city in my opinion.

I suppose it's nothing special when you've lived next door for that long.

When I was in Scotland, all I heard were locals bitching about how dingy and ugly it was. Scotland is gorgeous! Ancient buildings everywhere you turn.

The only part of Georgia I have ever been to is the Atlanta airport it was nice for an airport.  I was stuck there once for six hours when I was 15

You probably drive past Savannah in one way.

The buildings there are charming because of how old they are.

Did you play on the moving sidewalks between terminals?

  I've done that.

One time they had a modern art display along one of the walkways, a rainbow of flashing fluorescent tubes and mirrors. It was surreal.
