I'm still getting zits at 42.  Probably will have them forever.  I inherited AS, midgetness, and cystic acne from Mom (thanks, Mom).  I still have to use Retin-A, which is actually cool because it prevents wrinkles somewhat.  I took Accutane 10 years ago and it didn't even get rid of the zits completely.  :(  That was the worst experience of my life - that drug was concocted in hell, for sure.  Unbelievable side effects. 

I had to admit to myself a few months ago that I was getting old.  I'm considering Botox and Restylane now.  :-\  Won't be long before I give in.
