Getting breasts, getting my first period, finding pubic hair, having body odor, and getting a woman's body.

You think of twenty years ago as yesterday

that's so true! stuff from a decade ago feels like it just happened.

The gray hair wasn't a very good indication. I got my first around 27.

How about on parents' day, you go to the school and the teacher's aide gives your son extra kudos for bringing his grandfather?

Ouch!

... but what of the lust I feel for her?

(I know I'm old and it will probably take me about four or five hours, but I can ... well you know.)

See for some reason I thought you were inferring that you feel lust for my ex-wife and not only did I have not idea why but was hoping that if I said nothing it would not encourage you to pursue this horribly tragic thought. I realise now you meant the teacher. That is perfectly OK.
I recently fucked up a signed, sealed and delivered chance at wild passionate sex with a female friend of mine before moved away purely because I had not imagined with the age difference as it was that she would be interested. Apparently she was. (36 vs 23). My fault. I viewed myself as old, ugly, and not a good catch. It does prevent me from seeing opportunities.

Not sure how you made that connection, but I feel it necessary to mention once last time what a nice looking crop of freshly graduated-from-college teacher's adies we have this year.

(I am fairly certain that the lust only goes in one direction in this case)

your friend:

I have had to learn more than once that you miss one hundred percent of the sex you don't try for.
There may actually be some correlation between building up a good collection of rejections and how much sex a single person gets. Maybe there's like a passport/rejection book and every time you get it stamped by a full and proper rejection (even though it hurts) it actually works in your favor towards you getting laid.

Fill those pages!

my first breath - i'm a bloody capricorn, ffs, and we're born old.

yay!  i like being older.  first silver hair at nineteen, and never dye my silver streaks, even when the rest of it's dyed freaky colours.

first silver pubic hair discovered when online, bizarrely enough - i do believe dunc was the recipient of this tremendous news within seconds of it happening.  lucky ol' him, eh?

Yeah. A youngish girl I was interested in was out on a date with me and we touched on a mutual "acquaintance". My ex-GF was in her theatre and also was best friend wit hher Mother's sister at school. Kind killed it there and then. The next questions of course are the type of "When we your Mum born?" type of questions - "Fancy that the girl I was sleeping with is two years younger than your Mum! Who would have thought?".  :hahaha:

When 21 year olds look 15.

When you WANT people to know you have zits... because the other thing that they could think is that you have herpes sores.

When your friends are not only getting married, but acquaintences your age are also getting DIVORCED.

And (this was really my first sign):  When a radio station plays songs that you grew up with.... on their "Retro Lunch."
it is well known that PMS Elle is evil.

You win this thread because that's most unsettling to even think about.
