You are describing overstimulation. Endorphins are secreted in response to socialization. If there is a problem with endorphin metabolism, people would shy away from others. I have seen read stuff where the level of endorphins in AS is too high. More is not good, so naturally, they shy away from social situations. That would put the endorphin receptors in the brain in danger of being overstimulated. The receptors could just shut down or enzymes, called endorphanses, break down the endorphins when the brain is done with them. If this system is in danger of being overstimulated the indivual may shy away from social situations.
My experience is if you keep attacking the overstimulation with relaxation exercises it stops. The overstimulation drops the mood, and if you fight it, the overstimulation vanishes. It does for me anyway. Controll makes all the difference in the world. What I am saying is I feal very bad for you. I am very sensitive, and my emotions are very strong. Some of your humour is quite abstract, and that is impressive. The others are good, but some really standout. That means you are smart. You are a nice person too.
If woke up in the middle of the night, and you found a naked Alex Plank, what would you do?
