blame it on impulse control issues.

no ugly people should not be killed off.

if your horny the easiest route is to make  friends with some ugly people of the same sex as your preferrence.
ugly people feel less worthy of having sex and i have found that they jump at the opportunity.
my advice was for guys because lets be reasonable: if a girl is just looking for sex, its not difficult to get, if you got the gurts to ask for it.
