It tastes really odd drinking it though, and watered down it's still pretty potent - a tablespoon in half a glass of water.
Try adding a tablespoon to a plate of chips.
Just a little goes a long way with me as far as vinegar goes. I don't put as much salt on my food anymore either.
I put quite a lot of salt on my food. I don't eat processed food, so I don't get any salt from my diet other than what I add myself, and I get muscle cramps and my kidneys get sore if I don't have enough salt. Most of what I add is lo-salt, which is 25% sodium chloride and 75% potassium chloride, but I use sea salt if I'm making something special.
