Nostalgia.
« on: February 28, 2008, 05:03:48 AM »
What are the things that you associate your childhood with?

Whether its sweets, toys, TV shows or films - post it here  :zoinks:

For me it's Mamba

WW

Prince Polo

and of course Hubba Bubba and a chewing gum called Donald that always had a Donald Duck cartoon wrapped in the wrapper.

Also the really long chewing gum.

Out of TV shows I loved Muminki, Dinobabies, Gummie Bears,  Kasztaniaki, Pingu, Noddy, Krecik, Aahh!! Real Monsters, Tom and Jerry, Hey Arnold, Biker Mice from Mars, Dexter's Laboratory, Powerpuff Girls, Johnny Bravo and a load of old Japanese anime that used to play on terrestrial Polish TV  :zoinks:

So guys, post your memories!

How 'bout yo-yos?
it is well known that PMS Elle is evil.
I think you'd fit in a 12" or at least a 16" firework mortar

I bought a yoyo in college and finally learned how to make it go round in a big circle
I wish I still had it
I think I'll buy another one
My brothers kept nicking it but they were too short to do it properly

That's how I ended up with two Tomagotchi's  :green:

My grandparents got me the chicken without telling my mum who got me the puppy.

Oh shit yeah, I remember gigapets.  I had a couple of 'em.  Also a furby.

...I just bought a yoyo a couple of weeks ago (I felt nostalgic :D).
