Dreadlocks? Body marking? piercing? sounds like racism to me all the tribes in Africa did all those rituals.  White man has defiantly taken their spirituality away.
He says all the crock of shit about dreadlocks and so on is in the bible. 
The Bible is a material object written by mortal hand. A material object should have no business in directing your spiritual well being.

I have been to churches like that before.   Mostly black churches where me and maybe 3 other white guys were in the audience.   Their music is really good usually, very lively.   Mostly charismatic messages with a good deal of prosperity preaching.   Creflo Dollar is almost all prosperity preaching it seems.   There are still a good deal of fire and brimstone "sinner" accusing type preachers in the south, many of them are in African American communities.   It is a backlash out against the violence, drug and gang activity in those areas to some degree.   The preacher just looks for religious verificiation as to why these things are bad and connected to bad things.

I love these guys they are so entertaining no wonder they always refer to themselves as Shepard's because to follow them you must be one of their sheep .  Bet more than half the people there listen to rap music and have tattoos or piercings  :laugh:
