Is this all about the chat button??  As far as I am aware there is no way for admins to remove the chat button from individual accounts- even if you had been banned from chat (which I don't think you have) the button would still show up (I think).   It has already been suggested to you, but since you've had trouble viewing pictures as well, perhaps it might be a problem with your browser settings.  If you aren't prepared to try a more reliable browser than IE what do you want the admins to do about it?
