Yeah. I'm not really envisioning it as a porn/sex site,
like I2. I rather doubt that the host's terms would allow
it. I put 13 as the limit, just because that seems reasonable,
though I know someone as young as 8 who might want to join.

I personally think that eighteen is a too young and could easily support my position by citing a number of cases on this site.

We all know that you want to set up some old folks club, why dont you join your local Legion...

The 18 year old limit here is for legal reasons as I understand it, nothing else.

Not sure why you would make that assessment.

Sure, there are two grumpy old men running around here, who happen to be old enough to have grandfathered more than three fourths of the membership and who also happen to have enough substance in their own lives to consider a place like this to be more of an escape from "substance" at least to some degree, and about half a dozen middle agers, including yourself, but most if not ALL the rest here are very young  (most of whom I like a lot).

Just because I may take refuge here is no reason to cast such an aspersion on the entire mission or the current membership.

I see a big difference between those who are teens,
and adults. I rather think that the young can learn from
the old (and vice versa). Thus, excluding the young is actually
a negative factor to this site, for me.
