One of the theories. As I see it, there would essentially be
a vetting period, rather like there was with the WC here.
I wouldn't want some looney to go off the edge. But,
that's a danger, no matter what.

I'm pretty sure I wouldn't want to be the guy responsible for backups if everyone was an admin. Not worth the headaches.

My mind boggles at the very thought, but, it would be an interesting experiment!! Everybody having control and yet nobody having overriding control. It would certainly make the inevitable flame wars fascinating to say the least. :-\
