You mean only an admin can delete posts? I thought it was intended to be a site which included freedoms.

An admin has to make new members into admins. I don't think it makes
sense to allow anyone who signs up to be given full admin privs, although I
WAS considering that. We're also discussing the idea of not just admining people,
without giving a chance for objections to be raised.

awesome, once you guys get something more permanent going on there admin & mod wise i may sign up again. i can just see someone faking like one of your friends like that fucking flaktard and then getting all your personal info and doing some real damage to someone on there

yeah i was worried about that too - because i can see someone like flake joining there and pretending to be some random person off here, to get access to IPs etc

Yeah. I'm not really envisioning it as a porn/sex site,
like I2. I rather doubt that the host's terms would allow
it. I put 13 as the limit, just because that seems reasonable,
though I know someone as young as 8 who might want to join.

I personally think that eighteen is a too young and could easily support my position by citing a number of cases on this site.

I don't really see the point to restricting the membership base.
I've gotten great insight from those much younger than me,
at times. Hell, the young ones probably aren't aspies.
