I mentioned elsewhere here, about
a study where they took drivers with
.1% BAC, and cell phone users, with
a control group of normal drivers. No big
shock, cell phoners were by far the worst
drivers. The surprise was that the 'drunk'
drivers outperformed the sober ones.

That is terrible.   Those types of accidents happen with sober drivers as well, but the frequency is higher with drunk drivers.   She was a good looking young woman and that happened to her, so fucking sad.
