I apologise unreservely for offensive comments I have made in the past aganist ethnic (I do not believe in seperate human races) groups, plus those who have different sexual orientations from me.

I know I have to deal with the psychological issues which have caused me to think that way.

Actually I have figured out mainly because my life has been a bloody struggle and I need to take some blame for why it has been so, for instance denying about my autism for a long time and how it affected me.

"blame" is such a pejorative word.  try using "responsibility" instread - it's far more constructive.
