Well I am hanging in there by a thread TBH, I have strong urges that come and go, like right now I just a smiley with a ciggy in his mouth and that didn't really help. I've been to the convienient store twice in the past two days, and resisted the urge to purchase another pack.

You can do it- it does get easier and its really worth the effort.

As someone said, find a substitute to put in your mouth like a lollypop or even an elastic band on your wrist, and twang it whenever you feel the urge to have a fag.

My stepdad and grandad managed to quit in a week so it is possible.  Although they do have abnormally strong wills

Take the money you would have spent on cigarettes the last three days and buy yourself a suitable treat non tobacco treat.

Maybe you should print it out and carry it on you and whenever you stray near a shop which stocks cigs, take it out and just look at it and imagine that it could be you.
