I am may appear I am online but I am AFK sometimes.? I like to workout before I eat my breakfast.? The idea is to get it over with and enjoy? exercise benefits early. Its only 5 or 6 days a week though.? Right now its 5, but 6 is incase I want to change something.? I sometimes change plans to stay up and talk to Carla, but healing harmones peak between 10pm, and 2am. ?I would like to see her go to bed in between those hours too, because its what is best for her. If you are going to spend 1/3 of or more your day on one activity you should get the most out of that time. This kind of like what she said about the car.? If something bangs into her car she would get mad, but not throw a hissy fit.? I would not care, as long as the car works. The reason she gets mad, is probably because? hard earned money gets spent on cars.? This pattern should flow into her sleep patterns too. Carla should start praticing going to bed eary before she gets her job.? ?If I am going for a short ride, say up to walmart, I would leave my computer on.?
